Returns and Exchange Policy
We take pride in delivering high quality pet goods to your door. We will only provide an exchange/refund if the goods you received were faulty or damaged. Otherwise, we do not offer any exchange/refunds based off any other reason. This includes and not limited to a change of mind, a product swap as well as colour changes.
To exchange/refund a faulty/damaged good, you must meet these criterias:
- the good is in a damaged / faulty condition (this doesn’t include colour variations of the item)
- the good is returned within 7 business days of receiving the product for an eligible exchange/refund. Return requests after this will not be accepted.
- if the good described is not what is received. The refund / exchange will only take place if the good received is vastly different to what is described. Minor variations will not be considered.
To be eligible for a return/exchange if your product is damaged, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If all these conditions are met, the good must also be sent with the original packaging. To complete your return/exchange if the good is faulty, we will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your return must be lodged in 7 business days of receiving the good to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Requests after this will not be accepted and deemed void.
